Privacy Policy

NomenSMS is a text-message review service operated by Aegis-SIGMA. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it. Questions: call or text (239) 423-0328, or email support@aegis-sigma.com.

Information we collect

Your business details — business name, your mobile number, email address, and website, provided when you sign up.
Customer details you submit — the name and mobile number of a customer you ask us to text on your behalf. You provide these; we do not buy, scrape, or obtain them from anywhere else.
Message data — what we sent, to which number, when, and delivery events reported by our messaging carrier, so the dashboard can show you what happened and so a compliance or carrier question can be answered.
Google Business Profile data — if you connect your profile, we read the review information needed to send a customer to the right listing. You can disconnect it at any time.
Payment — handled by our payment processor (Stripe, or Square where offered). We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To send the review requests you ask us to send, and their follow-ups.
To operate the service for your account: customers, requests, and reviews captured.
To register and maintain the sending numbers with carriers, which is required for messages to be delivered as texts rather than filtered.
To provide support and to meet legal and carrier record-keeping duties.

SMS program terms and consent

By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from NomenSMS about your account and the service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile numbers are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. A STOP reply is honored across every number and every client we send for, not just the one it was sent to.

When you use the service to text your customers, you are the sender of that message: you represent that you have their consent to be texted, and that they can opt out at any time.

Who we share data with

Our messaging carrier and aggregator (currently Telnyx), because they carry the message and report delivery.
Our payment processor (Stripe, or Square where offered), to bill the subscription.
Google, only for the profile you chose to connect.
Legal authorities, where we are legally required to respond — and we will tell you unless we are barred from doing so.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share message consent or opt-out data with anyone for marketing.

Retention

Message records and consent records are kept while your account is active and for as long as carriers and law require afterwards, because a suppression request must survive the message that created it. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time; records we are required to keep for compliance are the only ones we will not delete.

Security

Data is stored on servers we operate, with access limited to the systems that send messages and to authorised people. No system is perfect; if we ever learn of a breach affecting your data, we will tell you what was affected and what we are doing about it.

Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is used, we will say so on this page and, where it matters, by email to the address on your account.
